Size problem

I recently placed what was my second order to skinny tees. I am 200 pounds, 5’9" assumed I was a plus size . The site was hard house to find sizing info, I felt. The overall fit seems a bit loose, the underarms cut up too high and are uncomfortable in my armpit and the tee stretches down to my upper thigh. I assumed I was a plus though I feel it was hard to figure out sizes on the site. I had ordered some Tees in the past that fit better and I was quite happy with but I could’t find my old order in the history. Can I return the 2 shirts I didn’t open? I want to love the skinny tees since spanx has changed over the years to an unsatisfactory product for me and my first order with skinny tees was so appreciated.
